First ER Trip

Well, it finally happened. We had our first ER visit (well, Josh and Avalyn) and came home with 2 little staples in Avalyn's head. I stayed home with Harper and we also had some friends over who arrived right as a pot fell off of our hanging pot rack and hit Avalyn on the head. It was such a freak accident and I don't think we could recreate it if we tried. Avalyn only cried for a few seconds and then didn't even cry when they put the staples in. It is healing up nicely and she doesn't even act like she knows she has anything in her head. The other day she pushed her bangs back and asked, "Avy have barrette IN HEAD?"
